We are only a meal provider. We do not develop complete Keto programs nor give medical advice to people about the diet.
It does include dairy products such as eggs, butter, cheese, and milk. We only use whole grains, whole wheat and almond flour for our vegetarian menu.

- Please note that menu items are based on calorie-count by our In-house Dietitian. Some days may have 1 or 2 snacks per day.
Heating Instructions & Safety Reminders
First-time customers or people who have never been on a special diet may experience certain side effects that may be indicative of the body adjusting to the new diet. If symptoms or side effects persist, discontinue consuming your meals or change to a new diet.
Meals can be reheated 1 to 2 minutes. Add an extra 1 minute if needed.
SALADS: can be eaten cold or warm. For a warm salad, only reheat the meat ingredients, separating them from the lettuce/salad greens.
CHIA PUDDING: best eaten cold
CHAMPORADO: can be eaten hot or cold
SOUPS: remove from plastic bag and transfer to the microwavable container for heating.
PASTA AND RICE MEALS: pour the sauce on the meal and heat or transfer sauce in a microwaveable container for heating.
QUICHE AND POT PIE: remember to remove the paper liner at the bottom of the pie before eating.
METAL SPOON AND FORK: Can only be given once every week from the start of the delivery (min. of 5 days order)
