We can prepare vegetarian meals on our own but unfortunately, shopping for fresh ingredients and cooking them into appetizing vegetarian meals
can also be frustrating and time-consuming. With our jam-packed work schedule and other personal commitments, there is just no time
left to plan and prepare healthy vegetarian meals.
Does this mean you should give up on being vegetarian? Absolutely not!

With a growing demand and our mission to offer more healthy meal options to our customers,
we’re now offering Vegetarian Lunchbox meal plans! Just like our Regular, Low-Carb, and Keto-friendly meals,
our vegetarian lunchboxes come as a complete menu with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks so you don’t need to worry about
what you’ll eat for the day. All meals are also calorie-counted and thoughtfully cooked to ensure they meet your weight loss/maintenance or a healthier lifestyle choice.
What is Vegetarian Meal Plan?
In the simplest definition, a vegetarian diet is one that excludes animal meat but the eating patterns of vegetarians also vary.
Lacto-ovo vegetarians avoid meat but eat eggs and dairy products while vegans completely avoid all animal-based products including honey.
Our Vegetarian Lunchbox is suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians as it does not contain meat (ex. pork, beef, chicken), fish, and seafood.
It does include dairy products such as eggs, butter, cheese, and milk. We only use whole grains, whole wheat and almond flour for our vegetarian menu.
