Terms and Conditions:

Delivery: The Lunchbox Diet makes best efforts to deliver your meals on time. You may choose from two (2) delivery options depending on your address. Day-Before Delivery is anytime from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Sunday to Thursday, or Same-Day Delivery, which is anytime from 5am onwards, Monday to Friday, with no specific delivery time.

 

 Acceptance of Deliveries: Please have someone available to receive your Lunchboxes. If you are staying in a condominium, apartment, gated community, office, or other residence with restricted access, please leave verbal instructions or an authorization letter with the security officers or other people in authority to facilitate the receipt of deliveries.

 

Handling and Consumption: Your meals are prepared fresh daily. Please make sure to refrigerate immediately upon receipt and reheat as needed. The Lunchbox Diet shall not be responsible for the quality of food items that have been left unattended to, or improperly handled upon receipt of delivery.

 

Changes to Lunchboxes: Your order, once confirmed, is final and may no longer be changed. However, for certain cases, changes (with appropriate cost) may be accommodated at least 48 hours before delivery to give ample time for our kitchen team to make the necessary adjustments.

 

Rescheduling of Deliveries: Please advise the Lunchbox Diet at least 48 hours should you wish to reschedule your deliveries for the day. Our customer service representatives shall be happy to re-schedule your delivery for another date within a 10-day delivery period.

 

Not Medical Advise: The Lunchbox Diet is in no way intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your physician before beginning any diet, nutrition, or fitness plan with the Lunchbox Diet. It is best to always consult with your physician if you have questions regarding a medical condition, your diet, nutritional supplements, an exercise regimen, or any other matter related to your health and wellbeing.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: Lunchbox Diet sales are final and may not be cancelled. Meal replacements may be given for any reason we failed to deliver. In case of incorrect meals or other unsatisfactory issues, you may be entitled to a replacement, however, the Lunchbox Diet reserves the right to request the items to be returned and will be picked up by our delivery personnel.  Please contact [email protected] or +63 917 809 3196 if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Non-Delivery: To ensure the safety of our riders, the Lunchbox Diet reserves the right to cancel all delivery orders in event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters or calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, or civil unrest. Our customer service representatives will notify you should there be a scheduled change in your delivery. Please be sure to like us on Facebook and stay tuned there as well. Data Privacy. Lunchbox Diet is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The personal data collected by Lunchbox Diet is used exclusively in compliance with the data privacy laws of the Philippines. Lunchbox Diet shall not use the personal data gathered pursuant to this agreement for any other purpose other than to provide the services and to extend promotional offers to its customers.

Customers represents and warrants that it accepts the gathering of his/her private information consisting of, but not limited to, his/her full name, mobile number, and email address. Customers shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of his/her data and of the means by which Customer acquired his/her data.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer gives Lunchbox Diet permission to use his/her personal data for personalized offers. The Customer gives permission to communicate with him via all possible media, including email and text messages. The data are used by Lunchbox Diet and the companies affiliated with it for managing memberships, promotional purposes, sales and market analyses, and for any other legitimate purposes. The Customer also understands that behavioral data may also be collected in the course of his use of services. Accordingly, Customer’s personal data may be disclosed to affiliate companies of Lunchbox Diet or third parties.
