Our Customer Service Representative will get back to you as soon as your order is received. Please note that orders are processed on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED” basis. Order taking closes on Thursday of the previous week at 5:00 pm.


Once your order is processed, we will send payment details. Please refer to Facebook Notes, prior to delivery,so we can ensure your slot.


Once payment has been made, please email us a scanned copy of your proof of payment at

What is Lunchbox Diet?

It is a calorie-counted program especially designed for weight loss that promotes healthy living by serving healthy meals consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner and one-two snacks* starting from our 1200-calorie meal plan per day, 5 times a week. *Please note that menu items are based on calorie-count by our In-house Dietitian. Some days may have 1 or 2 snacks per day.

How do I order from Lunchbox Diet?

What if I am allergic to certain ingredients?

Please advise us of the ingredients to which you are allergic to so we can omit or replace these with another ingredient for a minimal fee.

What if I’m pregnant?

Please consult your physician prior to ordering from the Lunchbox Diet.

Are slots in the program limited?

Yes, slots are limited and orders are on a first come, first serve basis. However, interested customers may order and reserve in advance.

How will I know if my order was successfully processed?

A confirmation e-mail and/or text message regarding the terms and payment details of your order shall be sent to you within 24-48 hours upon submission and receipt of your order.

When and how often does the Lunchbox Diet update their menu?

Our Regular Lunchbox menu is updated weekly and our Head Chef decides meals. Menu for the following week is often posted on LBD’s Facebook page every Monday.

How much is the Lunchbox Diet?

Price starts at Php1,850 for the Regular 1200-calorie meal plan that is already good for 5 days delivery (Mon-Fri).

What should I do when my Lunchbox is delivered?

Your meals are prepared fresh daily. Please make sure to refrigerate immediately upon receipt and reheat as needed. The Lunchbox Diet shall not be responsible for the quality of food items that have been left unattended to, or improperly handled upon receipt of

What are the payment methods?

You may deposit your payment through BPI or BDO. The account number shall be sent to you upon the confirmation of your order. A copy of the deposit slip should be e-mailed at

How much time do I need to make changes to my meals or delivery?

Because we use only the freshest ingredients when preparing your meals, we require at least 24 hours to make any changes to meals or scheduled deliveries.

In what areas do you deliver?

We deliver mostly in Metro Manila but you may check the list of areas covered as well as the delivery schedule in our list of Delivery Areas.

Can you deliver at a specific time?
Unfortunately no. As we sign on more customers, our routes change and we may move people to different routes. As a result, the food cannot be guaranteed to be delivered at a specific time.
Is there any delivery charge?

There is no delivery charge in most areas of Metro Manila. But other areas may incur an additional P50 per day for delivery.
